How We Protect Your Information. We recognize your expectations of privacy and security for your personal and financial information. In order to safeguard your Consumer Information, we have implemented policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that Consumer Information is maintained in a commercially reasonable manner. Website Links. For your convenience only, the Website may from time to time provide links to non-New Omni websites. How We Share Your Information. New Omni uses trusted third-party content and service providers to enhance our customers’ online experiences and conduct New Omni’s daily business. We share Consumer Information to process our daily business, including maintaining accounts information, processing transactions, reporting to credit bureaus, and responding to court orders, legal investigations, and regulatory reviews. We may share your information in the event of a sale or transfer of all or some of our assets. Because this type of sharing is necessary to provide you with our products and services, you cannot opt out of this type of sharing.
We do not share or sell Consumer Information with any affiliate or any third party for the purposes of directly or jointly marketing third-party products or services to you.
